WORK EXPERIENCE

What I Believe:

I believe each student's needs are unique and that instruction, when possible, should be differentiated. It is always important to gauge and assess the current level of skill and the amount of background knowledge that a student or group is bringing to the table before selection of a course of action. Flexibility in teaching language is a must because there will always be teachable moments, and one needs to be willing and able to take that detour so as to meet the needs of the learner.
